i need some information about how 2 design a high -heeled shoe for my additional math project. Is there any formula to design it? can anyone help me?

If I were to try myself to start a fashion high heel shoe business with wide widths at this time, I would aim at:
a) offering both women%26#039;s wide (or C) width and extra-wide (or D) width,
b) offering these wide and extra-wide widths with higher high heels, like 4, 4 1/2, 5 and 5 1/2 inch heels without platforms,
c) offering high quality shoes made with genuine leather, and
d) having the shoes (especially the best-selling styles and sizes) readily available in stock, not %26quot;Made to order%26quot;.
To design a high heel shoe you would need a CAD program.

How much to repair a shoe heel?
I walked blocks upon blocks in New York City tonight in my favorite boots, and I wore both of my heels down to the metal. The hells are on the stiletto side. Any ideas of how much that would run me to get repaired? I%26#039;m curious if it%26#039;s worth it or not.

Well I would suggest not wearing the shoe for a very long amount of time because the pressure of your feet breaks the heel. Plus to keep them clean wash your shoes every month so they look like they are clean as new. Try not to step in places where there is mud, dirt and especially where it is wet. You know if you go to Wal-Mart, Kroger%26#039;s, or even CVS their are these wipes you can use so you can wipe your shoes if you are on your way and step on something. :)%26gt;-

There are plenty of shoes that are light but still give you the cushion required for a half-marathon. Go try some on! You%26#039;ll be glad you did. Also take your old shoes in so the salesperson can see the wear patterns on your soles; that wioll help pick the right shoe.

I%26#039;m going to a late afternoon wedding followed by an evening reception. I bought a long halter dress in a dark blue-purplish color. The dress is a bold/vibrant color. What color heels should I wear with this dress? I tried silver and it seemed too bright/flashy. HELP!

If you can%26#039;t decide on a color that will look good, nude will always work. Most shoe departments carry nude colored shoes. Deffinately stick with a strapped sandal though.

you can try beautiful diamond dtud earrings with a nice makeup palette. smoky gray for the eyes, peachy pink for the cheeks with bronzer is always pretty and a glossy light pink/ champagne lip :)

You need a shoe that is built to support supination. Some that I know of, because I do the same thing, are Reebok and Easy Spirit.
The best thing you can do is buy a shoe that refuses to wear away on the side, and replace any shoes that are. When the shoe is tilted you %26#039;double supinate%26#039; and that is really bad.

They%26#039;re really good at figuring out the whole problem -- what makes your foot roll out. They can either make inserts specially fit to your foot, or else recommend commercial ones, that usually can be found at a sports store. Made to measure inserts I think are about $300 -$400, in Boston; sports stores have commercial ones for $20-$30 and up. There are podiatrists who specialize in sports medicine -- treat marathoners, etc. Good luck!

What is the best shoe insert to use if a person rolls their foot out when walking?
You need a shoe that is built to support supination. Some that I know of, because I do the same thing, are Reebok and Easy Spirit.
The best thing you can do is buy a shoe that refuses to wear away on the side, and replace any shoes that are. When the shoe is tilted you %26#039;double supinate%26#039; and that is really bad.

The chances of actually cutting the heel down (if you did) straightly, so the shoe would not rock, are very slim. The protection rubber at the bottom of the heel (if any) would also be gone, letting your heel wear down over time.

I love the way high heels look and have plenty of high heeled boots and slip on shoes but I have a problem when it comes to pumps. They always seem to slip off the back of my heel. I%26#039;ve tryed smaller sizes but the same thing happens no matter how smooshed the front half of my foot is. I don%26#039;t know if I%26#039;m walking wrong or what. Does anyone have any suggestions?? I%26#039;ve tryed those little cusions in the back of my heel but with no luck. I got an awesome pair or heels today. The lady that helped me got me into a 6 1/2..I normally wear a 7 1/2 or and 8. They slipped off less then the others but are tight on my toes and are still slipping off. Stilettos of course! I love to show off my petite size 4.5 peds by wearing daringly bare high heel stiletto sandals. I prefer sandals with an extremely high and impossibly thin stiletto heel, with remarkably thin straps. I simply adore wearing an ultra feminine stiletto heel thong or mule with a single thin strap over my delicate pampered ped. I prefer to wear stilettos with skirts or dresses, as a pair of stilettos makes my legs look so very slim, delicate and sinfully sexy. If you wear stilettos often(like me!), you will find that you trend towards more dressy outfits, even for casual wear. Wedges are more for casual wear, especially if they are finished in a natural fabric or wood. Wedges with a tall thin (wedge) heel are acceptable for more formal or business occasions if the wedge is finished in patent or leather. Instead of flip-flops (yuck!) I wear tall wedges with shorts and my swimwear.

Why don't shoe company's put the buckles on heels on the inside?
Im sure im not alone in finding it hard to bend at an odd angle to fasten my shoes. especialy the delicate small buckles its almost impossible.

How do you stop leather shoes (heels) from making a sqrinching ( or squeak ) noise when walking?
Brand new leather 2 inch heel shoes, closed toe, open heel though with a heel strap. I would want to wear with bare feet rather than stockings. They make a subtle but audible scrunching leather sound when walking. I love the style so want to keep them. Anybody have cures for noisy shoes??

I cater for people with a shoe fetish (specifically high heels) by taking pic%26#039;s and making short videos of my shoes being worn (sometimes after a request). There have been a number of articles written and some questions raised here about high heel shoe fetishes and I wondered what people thought of the fetish and those that partake in it. Isn%26#039;t there a choice anymore? Don%26#039;t get me wrong, I love beautiful shoes, but the kind that only has 2 maybe 3 inch heels. Theres either the shoe with super high heels or if they arent high, they%26#039;re ugly and poorly made and lousy styles.

However I can see it happen in the future when men get de-sensitized.

LADIES- Anyone has a high heel shoe leaning problem and know how to correct this problem?
I am very slender and have been walking in high heels for a long time. When I walk , I noticed that my heels have the tendency to slightly lean. Then when I started to pay really close attention to other women walking in their heels, i noticed that a lot of other women%26#039;s heels do the same. Is there something you can put in your shoe or do to fix this problem? Please only answer if you have advice or know how to fix this problem. Note: this is not like a major lean, just a slight lean.

Why is it when you try on heels at the store, walk around in them and they seem like the right size in the heel....then you take them home and wear them outside...your foot slowly slides deeper into the toe and the backs become too lose and there%26#039;s a gap between the heel and the shoe?! Then you walk around with the shoe flipping up and down and you can%26#039;t return them because you%26#039;ve worn them outside. HOW do I prevent this?

High Heel Shoe Repair Help?
I took my Guess Carrie shoes to many shoe repair shops and none of them can fix my heel because they don’t have the same heels. It’s a 4-inch heel and it’s broken right in the middle of the heel. It’s being held together by something so it doesn’t “have a mouth” but I can see the break and it bends when I try to walk in them.
I need some suggestions on the best way I can fix them at home. I need the strongest adhesive possible.

Everytime I wear high heels on a night out I end up cutting my feet to pieces, I have tried loads of different ones but I always end up with split feet, blisters and pain on the ball of my foot. Find brands which fit your feet well and don%26#039;t be shy about shelling out a few extra bucks to get the ones that fit you perfectly. With practice you will find shoes that you look amazing in and that don%26#039;t hurt your feet. It is possible! Make sure you walk around for 5 minutes in shoes you are trying on, if they hurt after that short amount of time, they probably will kill your feet in the long run. Be patient, you will find shoes that work for you, and remember some shoes take a few weeks to break in, so don%26#039;t discount them immediately.

Birkenstock has different sizing and would have lots of cute sandal options that are not high heels. I gave up high heels when I was 18 because of what they do to your feet. My mom wore them most of her life and now has collapsed arches and all kinds of problems with her feet.
