Whats a good inexpensive shoe store *high heels*?

In order to get the best quality shoe at a reasonable price then you should go to a quality store and buy last season shoes. Nobody will be able to tell anyway and you can get them fairly inexpensive. I also buy better quality shoes. They tend to last longer and are more comforable-at least that is what I have always thought.

Whats a good inexpensive shoe store *high heels*?
Hmmm...well, %26quot;inexpensive%26quot; and %26quot;high heels%26quot; may or may not go together. I think that the answerer who recommended getting last season%26#039;s shoes when discounted has a great idea, because if you need shoes which _last_, then you have to go for at least _some_ level of quality.

For shoes meant to be worn once (maybe for a prom, dance, or wedding?), then you can skimp on longevity...IF you can get comfort; I don%26#039;t know if they are exclusive of each other, but if you are going to some function where you will be dancing or standing at all, you have to NOT be standing around thinking, %26quot;Why didn%26#039;t I spend more so that I don%26#039;t have my feet hurting?!%26quot;.

Some of the bigger chains like Payless and DSW have some nice styles; watch their sales and at DSW/similar, check out their bargain areas. Look for %26quot;outlet malls%26quot; near you, too, because they often have many shoe stores and they can have some very good pricing.

Besides those more well-known places, you may have a local version of DSW (Discount Shoe Warehouse), because you DO find these around. Also, department stores often have great clearance sales and might have what you want at a price you can afford; here in the Midwest, there is a chain called Meijer%26#039;s which has a combination of large grocery store + department store (similar to Target%26#039;s but with a huge grocery area), and they had a great clearance (very reduced) a couple of years ago and I bought several pairs of different sexy heels/sandals for my wife (she didn%26#039;t use all of them...what%26#039;s your size???).

The other local place--if you want sexy shoes--is to go to a Frederick%26#039;s of Hollywood or other place which has lingerie, etc. (you may even have a place frequented by strippers to obtain their costumes...); they often have sales on their shoes, if you want some sort of sexy shoes.

You can of course look online. I have seen some really great prices and some really horrible prices which were touted as %26quot;great%26quot;...so you really have to beware. And you certainly can%26#039;t try them on beforehand. If you DO go the online route, make sure that you understand the return policy; you might spend a lot on S%26amp;H this way and it might make buying that slightly-more-expensive pair at a local store a much better option. If you go to eBay, etc., then please check for how the seller is graded, etc.; you don%26#039;t want to be caught %26quot;in the lurch%26quot; without any shoes and your money gone.

[As a local thing, you might check craigslist to see if someone is selling shoes in your size; there are lots of young women who sell their prom or other one-time shoes. This way you might be able to try them on before actually buying them, which would really be a good thing.]

If this IS for an important, one-time event, you might want to go to a drugstore/pharmacy and look for something you could use if you suddenly realize that your shoes are rubbing somewhere and hurting you...like %26quot;moleskin%26quot; for your application to your foot or maybe some electrical tape to put over an inside seam which is hurting you. Just a thought!

Well, those are the options I know; so I hope some of these can help you find what you need. If you would like to see photos of the shoes my wife isn%26#039;t using, let me know your size.
