On the back of your foot...(when you put on heels..or painful flats...) don't you bleed..or get a bubble on the back of your foot?


I wonder how you can treat these scars....?

Reply:I got this thing by Dr. Scholls, it's called blister block and it looks like a mini deoderant. You just put it on the place where the heel rubs and hurts, and it makes it less chafe-ey.

i don't know how t get rid of them scars...


i think in time (very long time) they'll disappear but i keep wearing heels %26amp; uncomfortable shoes so i guess they never will... =(
