I love these shoes but my heel is narrow and it keeps slipping out of the shoe. Is there anything I can put inside the shoe to prevent slipping?

Yes. There are insoles which you can put in your shoe to prevent slipping and reduce stress on your feet. Dr Scholl's make great ones. They have the regular ones and a range for high heels which are more discreet and transparent. They are great. You should try them. Get more info here:
