Cute shoes besides heels?

I'm 5'11... maybe 6'0 when I stand up straight.


I can't wear heels out because than I am taller than all the guys and I feel awkward and I'm sure they don't think of me as ladylike.


depending on the heels I could be like 6'3 !! ... not fair


I hate when I'm at a party meeting new people and they all have to look up to me and then I have to look down on the guys.


If I don't wear heels I am usually their height or a tad bit taller.





but I LOVE heels! they are soooo cute and sexy.





flats are just not cute in comparison and they make me feel like a little girl or a goody two shoes...





any suggestions???

find some cute shoes with a small heel like 1/2' or so.


in my opinion those are even cuter =]]


there are even cute flats that are open toed or have straps


they can be sexy too if you find the right ones


and dont worry about being too tall..im small and i wish i was taller!


most guys like taller girls anyways =D

I ended up wearing flats but I'm pretty picky in buying my flats. You can still look fabulous wearing flats if only you wear it with skinny jeans/pants, the ones that really skinny.





It's basically how you pair them up with your clothes. I mean, if you can't wear high heels, what else could you wear besides flats? Of course there are mary janes, loafers, and kittenheels. But I think flats could look cuter compare to those with skinny jeans.
Reply:I love heels too! When I wear them I am over 6 ft tall. I totally embrace my height and treat it like a gift. Heels definately make the legs and butt look nicer more so than flats. I dated a guy once who was shorter than I was and he felt self concious about me being taller. When I was with him I wore a pair of kitten heels. They are super sexy and only give a little lift.
Reply:As tall as you are, you can still wear heels. If they make you feel like a giant, you can try a shorter heel, like a kitten heel. The heel can range 1.5 inches to 2 inches high with a slight curve. (Google for images of "kitten heel shoes" and you should be able to get a general idea of what the kitten heel is.)





You can also find really cute flats that have that high heel toe feel to it. They're harder to find, but it's possible. I'd suggest looking at DSW.
Reply:me and you are sOOOOOOOOOOO opposite its scary. I love wearing flats and sneakers ...and hate high heels...but i'M SUPER SHORT LOL heh my suggestion is who cares if you are way taller than the guys if you like wearing heel than wear them babe.
