If I wear a size 8-8.5 in heels what size of tennis shoe should I purchase?

Im in Real Estate and you can usually find me in heels all day every day, I haven%26#039;t owned a pair of tennis shoes since cheerleading in high school. I am trying to purchase some off of eBay but I am not sure if tennis shoes run the same size as heels do... is this confusing? Im sorry if it is! But if someone could help me I would really appreciate it! And for all of the smart***es out there... I would go to the mall and try on a pair but Im in Real Estate and constantly busy thats why I do most of my shopping on the net! Thanks guys!

Size 8. Heels are generally cut more slender so they don%26#039;t allow for much toe room - some people need to buy a bigger size for high heeled shoes because the toes taper so they don%26#039;t allow for the normal amount of length. Whereas sneakers can be purchased in your normal size because they%26#039;re cut wider with a more natural foot shape.





If you%26#039;ve got a printer you can print out a shoe sizer. Just follow the instructions on setting the print settings for the correct size. Allign the printed sizer up with the one shown online to make sure it%26#039;s the same.

Reply:it also depends on if you are buying a women or big kids! i wear the same size so when i buy gyms shoes depending on the style, brand, etc. i buy an 8 women%26#039;s and big kids i buy a 6. so it really depend on the shoe. check on different shoe sites and you will see what i%26#039;m saying. (nike, finish line, footlocker, east bay)
Reply:I would buy an 8.5 - I don%26#039;t think you would need a bigger size. Buy just one pair to see how they fit first before you get more though. Good luck!
