Ladies 18 and older what size shoe do you wear in high heels?

My foot is a 7 but for heels I buy a 7 1/2. Open toes I buy a 7 1/2 to 8. I don%26#039;t like my feet to hang over my shoes when I stand and it is more comfortable

But I think I get ma high heels juss ah lil bitt bigger cuss I have seen people w/ their toes like haggin off their shoes.
