Why can I never find a shoe that fits? All my shoes scrape my heels til they bleed, even the really nice shoes

Try a pair of heel grips. I often have this problem with shoes, even the ones that fit properly. Must be a problem with my heels or the insides of the shoe are too hard. The grips do help. I find that I have a hard time to get shoes to fit properly. You may need to try a different width. One thing I find quite annoying is that my shoe size is 8 and 1/2 but I%26#039;m either forced to buy shoes a half size too small or a half size too big. Come on retailers--where are the half sizes? I find this in both expensive and cheaper brands.

Try putting bandaids on your heals
Reply:Most people do not realize that your feet change size throughout the day. This is the reason that the military sizes new soldiers for boots after they have been standing / walking a minimun of 7 hours. This allows your feet to be sized to their %26quot;extended%26quot; size and shoes will usually not bind or rub if fitted when your feet are %26quot;tired%26quot;. Good luck
